Taken while attending the March 2009 European Fulbright Grantee Seminar in Berlin.  See below for descriptions.

1. Windows of the Sony Center at Potsdamer Platz.
2. The magnificent organ at the Berlin Cathedral.
3. Brandenburg Gate at night.
4. Detail of the Ishtar Gate at the Pergamon Museum.
5. Entrance to the dome at the top of the Reichstag.
6. The "Pope's Revenge" on the East German TV tower - the DDR tore down crosses on the churches, but whenever the sun shone geometry made this one appear... yay for irony.
7. Statue in front of the Egyptian Art Museum.
8. The Berlin Town Hall.
9. "That was only an introduction.  Where they burn books, they will eventually burn people."  -Heinrich Heine in the early 1800's.  Commemorates the square where the Nazis first burned their banned books.
